Urban research is my current laboratory for a broader concern: how we reason and make decisions in complex, uncertain systems. I focus on strengthening the structure of analysis itself, clarifying assumptions, making uncertainty visible, and shortening the loop between evidence and action. Increasingly, this involves designing AI-augmented, collaborative systems that support disciplined judgement rather than replace it.
